In-House Sales Representative

Brampton, ON – Dependable Emergency Vehicles, one of Canada’s leading manufacturers and service providers for fire and emergency apparatus, is currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused In-House Sales Representative to join our growing team at our Brampton headquarters.

This role is ideal for an individual with strong communication skills and a passion for providing high-quality solutions to fire departments, municipalities, and emergency services across the country.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to incoming sales inquiries and provide accurate product information

  • Prepare quotes and proposals for apparatus 

  • Support outside sales reps with customer follow-ups and order processing

  • Maintain CRM records and coordinate with internal departments

  • Build long-term relationships with existing and new clients

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

  • Sales or customer service experience (preferably in technical or industrial products)

  • Experience in emergency services or fleet industries is an asset

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
